SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched 1-3 business days after the order has been received unless they are a Pre Order then they are dispatched within a week of the date stated

AUSTRALIA

For orders over $125
We offer FREE TRACKABLE shipping Australia wide

For orders under $100 we offer -
$8.95 standard shipping -  please allow 3 -10 business days depending on location

We also offer Express Shipping to those requiring it
$14.95 Express Shipping - please allow 1 - 2 business days (Generally)

RETURNS
Yeah Rogie  accepts EXCHANGES ONLY, If you change your mind or purchase the wrong size you can exchange for an item to the same value.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We do not offer store credits or refunds, so please choose your Apparel carefully.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

ALL CLEARANCE STOCK IS FINAL SALE AND WE DON'T OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON THESE ITEMS

Non-returnable items:

  • Worn Goods


The Customer is responsible for shipping costs due to change of mind.
You must include a Pre Paid Satchel or we won't be able to finalise your exchange.
If you don't include a Pre Paid Satchel we will charge you our EXCHANGE FEE of $14.95  (Australian Customers)

There are certain situations where returns are void:

  • Any item not in its original condition, isdamaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Sale items

All items purchased during a sale can not be exchanged or returned so please choose your Apparel carefully.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges when exchanging an item of our line due to change of mind.


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If a package is lost during transit we accept no responsibility and we therefore can not exchange any apparel or accessories.
